2 cups dried split fava beans
1 red onion, quartered
0.5 cup fresh parsley
0.5 cup fresh cilantro
0.5 cup fresh dill
3 cloves garlic
1.5 teaspoons ground coriander
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup sesame seeds
vegetable oil for frying

Step 2 (Mix the soaked fava beans, 1 quartered red onion, 0.5 cup of fresh parsley, 0.5 cup of fresh cilantro, 0.5 cup of fresh dill, 3 cloves of garlic, 1.5 teaspoons of ground coriander, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cumin in a food processor until it forms a dough.)

Step 3 (Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup of sesame seeds and cook, stirring occasionally, until toasted, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a large plate.)
