1.5 cups warm water (100 to 110 degrees F)
1.5 teaspoons fine salt
19 ounces bread flour
Instructions
-
1
Mix yeast and warm water in a mixer bowl. Stir in the flour and salt.
-
2
Knead the mix for 5 minutes until it forms a soft ball. Put the dough in a bowl and coat it with a little oil.
-
3
Cover the bowl. Let the dough sit in a warm spot for 60 to 90 minutes until it is twice as big.
-
4
Put the dough on a floured table. Cut it into 6 pieces, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
-
5

-
6
Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Put a pan of water on the bottom rack.
-
7
Cut a shallow line into the top of each roll. Spray them lightly with water.
-
8
Bake for 20 minutes. Spray with water again and turn the pans. Bake for 10 more minutes until golden brown.
