1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced

    Step 1 (Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x12-inch baking dish.)

    Step 2 (Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Lay fillets side by side in the prepared baking dish. Pour the salsa over the top and sprinkle the cheese evenly. Top with crushed corn chips.)

    Step 3 (Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Serve topped with sliced avocado and sour cream.)
