    Step 1 (Mix yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar into 1/4 cup warm water at 110 degrees F. Let it sit.)

    Step 3 (Put 6 cups flour in a big bowl. Add the yeast mix, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, melted butter, 1 cup milk, 1 cup water, and salt. Mix until the dough is smooth. Cover it and let it rise until it is twice as big.)
