Ingredients 8
9 large eggs
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
0.5 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
4 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
-
1
Put 9 large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then take off the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. Remove them from the water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
-
2
Put 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until they are lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Remove to cool on a paper towel-lined plate.
-
3
Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Put the yolks into a food processor with 0.5 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons wasabi paste, and 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar. Process until smooth. Add 4 tablespoons panko bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions to the yolk mixture and pulse just enough to mix evenly.
-

Arrange the egg white halves on a serving platter. Spoon the yolk mixture into the whites. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
