1 pound frozen large deveined, shell-on shrimp, thawed

2 tablespoons rice flour

    Step 1 (Separate the garlic cloves into a bowl and cover with another bowl. Shake until the peels come off, about 30 seconds. Then mince the garlic.)

    Step 2 (Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it's golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Put it in a small bowl and set aside.)

    Step 3 (Dry 1 pound of shrimp with paper towels and put them in a large bowl.)

    Step 4 (Mix 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mix over the shrimp and toss until they are coated.)

    Step 5 (Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp in batches until they're browned and almost cooked, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Add some garlic butter and cook for 30 seconds more. Repeat with the remaining shrimp and garlic butter.)
