3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs

    Step 1 (Preheat the outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.)

    Step 2 (Mix soy sauce, water, vinegar, honey, garlic, bay leaves, and pepper in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then add the chicken. Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.)
