    Step 1 (Heat milk in a pot until it almost boils. Stir in the dates and let them soak in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.)

    Step 2 (Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a medium loaf pan.)

    Step 3 (Put the milk and dates in a food processor. Blend with brown sugar until smooth. Pulse in the oil and vanilla.)

    Step 4 (Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl. Blend this mixture into the date paste a little at a time. Stir in walnuts with a fork and pour into the pan.)
