Ingredients 10
1 pound ground sausage
2 (12 inch) prepared pizza crusts
12 eggs
0.75 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
1 small onion, minced
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cook the sausage in a large pan until it's brown. Then drain and crumble it.
-
2
Put the pizza crusts upside down on baking sheets and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Don't let them get brown.
-
3
Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs until they're firm.
-
4
Take the crusts out of the oven and turn them right side up. Spread half a can of cream of celery soup on each crust. Then add half the egg mixture to each crust. Sprinkle bacon bits on one pizza and cooked sausage on the other. Add onions and peppers to both. Top with 2 cups of cheese on each pizza.
-
5
Bake the pizzas in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
