    Step 1 (Heat oil in a wok or large pan until very hot. Stir in garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add water chestnuts, snow peas, mushrooms, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and shrimp. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp are pink.)
