16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    Step 1 (Wrap each shrimp with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.)

    Step 2 (Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a jelly roll pan with heavy duty foil and put a baking rack in it. Put the shrimp on the rack and sprinkle barbeque seasoning on both sides. Leave for 15 minutes.)

    Step 3 (The bacon will become less white as it sits.)

    Step 4 (Bake in the preheated oven until the bacon is crisp and the shrimp are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.)
