Ingredients 13
2 tablespoons millet flour
2 tablespoons soy milk
0.5 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon water, if needed
1 tablespoon Chinese black bean sauce
1 teaspoon water
0.5 teaspoon Asian chile pepper sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon water
cooking spray
1 egg, beaten
0.5 green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon torn fresh cilantro leaves
2 whole crackers
Instructions
-
1
Mix millet flour, soy milk, and vegetable oil in a bowl to make a batter like heavy cream. Add 1 teaspoon of water if the batter is too thick.
-
2
Mash black bean sauce with 1 teaspoon of water. Mix hot chili sauce with 1 teaspoon of water. Set both aside.
-
3
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Pour in the batter and spread it evenly. Cook until firm, about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour beaten egg over the crêpe and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onion and cilantro.
-
4
Flip the crêpe and spread with bean sauce and chili sauce. Put crackers in the center. Fold the crêpe over the crackers to make a tidy package. Serve hot.
