4 cups beef broth

    Step 1 (Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a jelly roll pan.)

    Step 2 (Combine bread crumbs, milk, eggs, onion, ginger, salt, nutmeg, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Then mix in the ground beef. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on the pan.)
