For the Garlic Butter 4
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
For the Chicken 4
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten

Prepare and Cook (1. Mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.2. Butterfly each chicken breast by cutting horizontally through the middle, being careful not to cut all the way through.3. Place a portion of garlic butter in the center of each chicken breast, then fold and seal edges.4. Set up breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.5. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, ensuring complete coverage.6. Heat oil in a large skillet to 350°F (175°C).7. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.8. Transfer to baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).9. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Be careful when cutting as hot butter will flow out.)
